We enable organizations to fix security issues before they reach production by integrating security early in the software development process, reducing reliance on manual testing, and running scans frequently.

About the Product

Bright Security’s product is the first of its kind to integrate DAST testing into unit tests, integrating into CI/CD pipelines, and various educational programs designed for developers to adopt an ‘early and often’ posture when it comes to testing for security vulnerabilities.  Bright Security’s scanning engine minimizes false positive results with a developer-centric design; there is no need for manual validation of security findings, removing costly and time-consuming human bottlenecks that impede rapid releases and drain the dev team’s limited security resources.

Position

As the Regional Sales Director, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the world’s biggest enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be introducing and selling our cutting-edge technologies that empower these enterprises to test their applications efficiently.

Sphere of operation: Application Security Testing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within North America.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with enterprise clients and industry-leading companies.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and capabilities of Bright’s DAST solution.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Candidates must stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position their products in the market effectively.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, particularly in selling technology solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of application testing and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
