Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in growing Bright’s team and maintaining a vibrant, efficient workplace. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations. This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a productive and engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure an efficient, high-quality hiring process.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and help promote Bright as an employer of choice.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operation management, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and company events.
  • Support HR administration including contracts, employee records, and coordination with finance on payroll and benefits.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or operations management roles (start-up experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and deliver results quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Hebrew.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment tools, and local labor laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
