Bright Security is a rapidly growing global SaaS B2B company tackling some of the biggest challenges in Application Security. Bright’s enterprise-grade, dev-centric Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) platform accelerates issue awareness remediation from a 12-week average to same-day discovery.

Position

We are building a next-generation AI-powered product that automatically secures web applications and APIs.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take ownership of a new product and help shape it from early growth to market leadership.

This is a high-impact role for someone with solid product fundamentals who wants to operate at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and modern software engineering in the largest enterprises.

About the product

You will lead a unique product in the area of Application Security, that uses an innovative approach of AI-driven analysis together with industry leading technology to analyze and automatically remediate application vulnerabilities. The product is used by large AppSec and Development teams in the enterprise world.

Sphere of operation: Application Security and DevSecOps

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership

·   Lead end-to-end product management for a new AI-driven application security offering

·   Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy

·   Partner closely with engineering, innovation team, and security researchers to deliver high-impact capabilities

·   Work directly with early design partners and customers to validate use cases and refine product-market fit

Market Enablement

·   Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to position the product clearly in the market

·   Create product documentation, enablement materials, and training assets

·   Act as a product evangelist — presenting internally and externally when needed

AI & Automation Innovation

·   Drive AI-enabled automation that reduces manual security testing and accelerates remediation

·   Contribute to shaping intelligent workflows and agent-style capabilities within the product

Qualifications:

Experience

·   2+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or technical product environment

·   Experience contributing to early-stage or new product initiatives

Product Capabilities

·   Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications

·   Clear communication of product vision, roadmap priorities, and trade-offs

·   High collaboration skills across engineering, marketing, and leadership

·   Strong leadership and presentation skills

Cybersecurity & Technical Fluency

·   Understanding of application security principles and common web vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10)

·   Familiarity with DAST, SAST, API security, or penetration testing methodologies

·   Comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and developer workflows

·   Bonus: experience in software development, DevOps, QA, or security engineering

AI & Automation Mindset

·   Interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML-powered products

·   Familiarity with automation platforms or agent-style tools (e.g., n8n, Make, or similar systems)
