Customer Success Engineer

We enable organizations to fix security issues before they reach production by integrating security early in the software development process, reducing reliance on manual testing, and running scans frequently.
Position
We are looking for a highly passionate, professional, hands-on software and team player Customer Success Engineer to drive customer success by ensuring seamless onboarding, providing proactive technical support, and advocating for customer needs, ultimately enhancing their experience with our DAST solution. The CSE will work closely with the Customer Success Manager in the respective region to ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Implementation: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth implementation of our DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) product within their environment.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions to empower customers in utilizing the full potential of our Application Security DAST product. Provide ongoing support to ensure continuous success.
- Proactive Monitoring: Proactively monitor customer accounts, identifying potential issues before they escalate. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any underlying technical concerns.
- Customer Advocacy: Be the voice of the customer within the organization, conveying feedback, feature requests, and insights to product and development teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a SAAS cybersecurity environment.
- Familiarity with coding languages and how they work.
- 1-2 years in a technical role, ideally in a developer or cybersecurity space.
- Fluency in English (priority to Native English speakers), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language for diverse audiences.
- Experience with customer success platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks (OWASP, etc.).
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
- Ability and willingness to work in US hours.
