Our solution accelerates issue awareness remediation from a 12-week average to same-day discovery.

About the product

Bright’s product is the first of its kind to integrate DAST testing into unit tests, integrating into CI/CD pipelines, and various educational programs designed for developers to adapt an ‘early and often’ posture when it comes to testing for security vulnerabilities.  With the Bright engine’s stellar technical and business logic, minimal false positives, and developer-centric design, there is no need for manual validation of security findings, removing costly and time consuming human bottlenecks that cripple rapid releases and drain dev team’s limited security resources.

Position: Customer Success Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retention, Upsells and Renewals:
    Proactively work towards customer satisfaction and value provision using Bright. Manages customer contract renewals and identifies opportunities for upselling additional products or services. Helps develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention rates.
  • Customer Onboarding and Integration Management:
    Leads the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless integration of our DAST solution into their existing infrastructure by our success and support engineering teams.
  • Account Management:
    Develops and maintains strong relationships with assigned customers by acting as the main point of contact for customer business and account inquiries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
    Develop a deep understanding of DAST solutions and services, enabling you to provide expert guidance to customers on their usage and benefits.
  • Customized Solutions:
    Collaborate with the product and service teams to tailor solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Proactive Account Monitoring:
    Monitor customer accounts and product telemetry for potential issues, ensuring timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Product Improvement:
    Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input to our product and service development teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer management, customer success or customer support role.
  • Willingness to work US/Americas working hours and days.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, eager to take initiative, seeking opportunities to learn and grow. 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing required
  • Bonus: Business level fluency in Spanish and or Portuguese 
  • Cybersecurity, DevOps, or Appsec experience
