Position

We are looking for a highly passionate, professional, hands-on, and customer-focused Marketing Manager to help scale Bright’s go-to-market marketing, from campaign execution to content to demand generation, across our core segments. This is a hands-on, builder role. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership to turn technical differentiation into marketing that developers and security teams actually engage with.

The role is global in scope, but our core team spans Israel and the US, so we need someone whose working hours meaningfully overlap with both. That could mean being based in one of those regions, or simply structuring your day to overlap with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid advertising, email, content, website, webinars, and other channels. Manage campaigns throughout the funnel, from brand awareness and engagement to lead and pipeline generation.
  • Campaign Performance and Optimization: Define campaign goals and performance indicators, monitor results, and continuously optimize activities based on engagement, conversion, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Product and Technical Marketing: Collaborate with Product, Security Architecture, and other technical stakeholders to translate complex product capabilities—including detection accuracy, automated remediation, and penetration-testing automation—into clear, credible, and compelling marketing narratives.
  • Digital Advertising: Manage always-on digital advertising across LinkedIn, Google, and relevant emerging channels, including AI- and LLM-driven advertising opportunities. Coordinate campaign assets and messaging with internal or external content and design resources.
  • Content Development: Develop and support the production of website copy, one-pagers, case studies, email sequences, campaign assets, webinar materials, and sales enablement content. Manage freelance or agency support when required.
  • Webinars and Demand-Generation Programs: Help plan, promote, and execute webinars, conference sessions, and other demand-generation initiatives designed to increase market engagement and generate qualified opportunities.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain effective CRM and marketing operations processes, including audience segmentation, lead scoring, list hygiene, campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting, in close partnership with Sales.
  • Sales Collaboration and Enablement: Partner with Sales to improve lead handoffs, support follow-up processes, and create assets that help sales teams communicate Bright’s value proposition effectively.
  • Market Awareness and Experimentation: Stay informed about developments in B2B cybersecurity, application security, developer-tool, and SaaS marketing. Bring a clear point of view on emerging practices and identify opportunities for Bright to test new channels, formats, and campaign approaches.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or another technical SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns end to end—from concept and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to transform technical product information into clear, engaging, and natural marketing content.
  • Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Freshsales, or HubSpot.
  • Experience managing campaigns through platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and email campaign tools.
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, security researchers, or solution architects.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use campaign data to make informed decisions and improve results.
  • Professional English proficiency, including strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain meaningful working-hours overlap with stakeholders in Israel and the United States.

Personal Attributes:

  • Hands-on and comfortable moving between strategy and execution.
  • Self-directed and able to manage projects with limited oversight.
  • Organized, accountable, and attentive to detail.
  • Curious about technical products and able to learn complex concepts quickly.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple functions and time zones.
  • Resourceful and effective in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment.
  • Willing to experiment, learn from results, and continuously improve.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience marketing application security, AppSec, DevSecOps, developer tools, infrastructure, or related products.
  • Familiarity with AI-focused marketing channels, LLM advertising, AI visibility, or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Experience using project-management and operational tools such as ClickUp.
  • Basic design or asset-production capabilities, including presentations, one-pagers, social media carousels, or similar marketing materials.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, creative professionals, or marketing agencies.

What We Offer

  • A global, remote-first working environment.
  • Meaningful ownership over campaigns, marketing operations, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • The opportunity to market an innovative cybersecurity product in a rapidly evolving category.
  • Direct collaboration with company leadership, Product, Sales, and technical experts.
  • A short path between proposing an idea and putting it into action.
  • The opportunity to shape Bright’s marketing practices, channels, and positioning as the company grows.
  • A diverse and inclusive workplace. Bright Security is an equal-opportunity employer and our team is composed of individuals from many diverse backgrounds, lifestyles, and locations.
